LP Da Assassin

In the new street single “Counterfeit” LP Da Assassin is taking direct shots at the world of smoking mirrors that the current state of the Hip-Hop is producing. LP is not the only one that has been taking back by all of the fake jewelry, rented housing for video’s, and imitation designer clothes that is starting to become a “Norm” in the game. With lyrics like “All they do is lie, and all I do is stack/I’m on my anti-fake to bring the real back”, LP is saying that you can’t judge a person by their perception or what they say, but on their works and actual wealth.

In a world full of people trying to “fake it till they make it”, LP new single hopes to shed light on the fact that most people with “Real Money” are not the ones most likely to be showing it off or bragging about their riches.
