As Jermaine develop his craft, DJ Shotime, DJ Shaun T, two of “Chi Town” premier DJ’s, and DJ V Dub of WGCI 107.5 FM helped and encouraged him to incorporate Hip Hop, R & B, Reggae, and Steppin’ music.

Though his love for motorcycles, in 2005, Jermaine Funches decided to join the ranks of Ruff Ryder Lifestyles and was dub forevermore as “Quietstorm”.
