Lester Reed aka DJ Lemo born and raised on Chicago’s Southside “lowend” at 49th & State Street in the Robert Taylor Homes is where DJ Lemo’s stomping ground and love for music began to take shape. DJ Lemo had already been living the life of a superstar having been blessed with the natural talent given by God to spinning records, Lemo’s destiny would have already been placed before him even at a young age.
DJ Lemo gives all the glory to God for his ability to becoming a DJ and for 20 years he has been rocking crowds all across the Chicagoland area and taking no prisoners. He also give credit and pay homage to his long time mentor “The King of Ghetto House” DJ Slugo but also maintains influences from DJ Milton and DJ Deeon.
Having learned to spin the many genres of music, DJ Lemo’s favorite crowd pleaser is Juke. In addition DJ Lemo’s skills allows him to showcase his God-given talents on many different forms of equipment. Therefore making the DJ Lemo brand more marketable.
