Chex first starting DJing at the age of 15 with 2 Gemini XL-100 belt driven turntables and a Gemini pmx-20 mixer. Just discovering his need and drive for what style of music to play. Chex began off with trance and booty house and continued to practice and develop his skills. He grew up loving well know DJs from around the world like DJ Slugo, DJ Funk, Dave Ralph, Frankie Bones, Green Velvet, Richie Hawtin, DJ Deeon, Paul Johnson and Daft Punk are just a few of his favorites. He first started play at house parties developing his skills and following for the next three years. It wasn’t until 2004 when he got his first break. Chex got his first residency at Three nigh club in downtown Milwaukee. From there Chex’s following grew due to the skill and performance he put playing booty house. He continued to perform at many well known Milwaukee clubs like Mantra Lounge, Cush, This Joe’s, Crisp, Jungle Room, Star Bar, and Taylor’s are just a few. In the fall of 2005 Chex was named featured DJ in Milwaukee INFO magazine. Over the next 13 years Chex continued his legacy in Milwaukee for playing booty house and is the #1 rated booty house DJ in Milwaukee opening up for DJs around world like Frankie Bones, DJ Micro, DJ Slugo, DJ Gantman, Green Velvet, Darude, Richard Humpty Vision, Alex Peace are just a few names. Currently Chex holds residency’s at Vagabond, Trinity and Harp in downtown Milwaukee and has join Chicago based #1 DJ crew Blok Club DJs.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
